The first Home Alone game was released on the NES and was so bland. One basic locale, a house and the traps were simply squares that made the bad buys fall down and stunned them for a few seconds so you could run past them and begin the chase anew. This one was a side scroll game that had locales that reminded on of the film and had a few cut scenes, but had some strange things in it for the hero to battle. The game seems to take freeze framed pictures of the movie and cut them out and made cut scenes from them. It is the Super Nintendo, so I guess it is okay for the day.
